Onboarding Specialist / Manager – Digital Marketplace (Airbnb)

We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist / Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain service providers onto a fast-growing digital marketplace platform.

Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience at Airbnb are highly preferred. Preference will be given to All Nationalities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete partner onboarding lifecycle from registration to activation.
• Guide companies through documentation, compliance, platform setup, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain partner profiles, service data, and onboarding records.
• Monitor onboarding progress, resolve bottlenecks, and improve onboarding processes.
• Build strong relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and related partners.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in onboarding, partner operations, marketplace operations, or platform management.
• Proven experience onboarding companies onto a digital platform, marketplace, or B2B ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, or transportation is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs, trade documentation, and compliance processes is a plus.
• Experience in regulated, government, or semi-government environments is advantageous.
