We're hiring an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Laboratory Technologist to support a Dubai-based Fertility Center's Embryology & Andrology team. This is a great fit if you're looking to build a career in fertility lab work, supporting the clinical team through the operational side of every treatment cycle.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and technical support to the embryology and andrology team
• Support routine tasks tied to patient treatment cycles
• Handle laboratory documentation, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance
• Help maintain compliance with regulatory standards across lab operations

What you'll bring

• BSc in a biological field (preferred)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an ART lab (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in reproductive science and patient-centered lab support
