Andrologist

We're hiring an Andrologist to join a Dubai-based Fertility Center's Embryology & Andrology lab. You'll take the lead on male fertility diagnostics and lab support, working closely with the Embryology team to keep every ART cycle running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Perform specialized laboratory procedures related to male fertility, including semen analysis using both manual and Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA)
• Prepare sperm for ART procedures, including cryopreservation
• Maintain cryostorage and support ongoing research and audits
• Work closely with Embryologists and Senior Embryologists to support smooth daily ART cycle operations
• Follow all applicable fertility regulations and center standards in every procedure

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fertility or clinical andrology laboratory
• Comfort with CASA and other specialized andrology lab equipment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary fertility team
