Heads the Technical Services Section within General Maintenance — providing technical support, standards, and engineering services across the department's assets and maintenance projects. Sets section plans, procedures, and performance standards, and coordinates with consultants and contractors.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership capabilities, with advanced technical competencies in Engineering Project Management and Strategic Management
• Comfort working across both engineering and non-engineering maintenance and CapEx projects
