We're looking for a Customer Relations Officers to join our Operations team at Primary Health Centres.

Shift-based role

Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor's Degree required 
Minimum 3 years of customer service/customer relations experience
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
Strong interpersonal and computer skills
Male candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information on healthcare services and locations.
Support People of Determination with care and empathy.
Deliver exceptional customer service while following Service Excellence standards and organizational policies.
