Senior Clinical Social Worker

We're hiring a Senior Clinical Social Worker to join a leading healthcare institution in Dubai, within the Psychiatry department. In this role, you'll support patients and their families through some of their hardest moments, helping them understand and adapt to their diagnosis while making sure their voice is heard across the care team.

What you'll do

• Assess each patient's social circumstances and document findings accurately in their medical record
• Guide and support patients and families as they adjust to a diagnosis and its impact on daily life
• Help report safety incidents, infection control issues, and other events to your supervisor
• Deliver services to patients with special needs, following government regulations and guidelines
• Take part in programs that address chronic and infectious diseases
• Work alongside physicians on complex cases, including situations where a patient declines treatment
• Take on additional responsibilities as the team needs

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of Behavioral Medicine
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients and families in difficult circumstances
• UAE National
