We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer – Design to join a leading government organisation in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Grade: 11
Reports to: Design Department Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of projects from start to completion
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, documentation and deliverables
• Support project managers with project planning and execution
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Follow up on contracts, project requirements and deliverables
• Prepare project performance reports and support improvement initiatives
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges
• Support data analysis and reporting for management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Media, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant practical experience
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of financial matters and project budgets
• Strong problem-solving and practical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of project implementation procedures and methodologies
