Retail Leasing Manager / Specialist

Location :Dubai, UAE

We are hiring an experienced Retail Leasing Professional to drive leasing strategies, attract leading retail and F&B brands, and maximize occupancy across premium retail destinations in the UAE.

We are looking for commercially driven candidates with strong negotiation skills, established relationships with local and international brands, and a proven track record of closing successful leasing transactions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5-6 years of retail leasing experience in the UAE
Strong network within retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands
Experience negotiating and closing leasing deals
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of UAE retail market trends
Experience with leading developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail destinations is highly preferred
Proven ability to attract and retain high-profile brands and operators
