About the Role
Our client, a Dubai Government Entity, is seeking a Principal Visitor Experience Specialist to enhance the visitor journey across public parks and recreational facilities, with a strong focus on families and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve visitor and guest experience journeys.
- Develop experience standards, activation, and attraction programs.
- Create engaging entertainment and visitor experiences.
- Monitor and improve visitor/customer satisfaction.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance guest engagement and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Hospitality, Events, Entertainment, or related fields.
- Strong experience in visitor/guest journey, activations, attractions, or entertainment programs.
- Strong customer responsiveness, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
