A leading government cultural authority in Dubai is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Visual Arts Department. You'll manage the department's projects end to end: building project management processes, preparing budgets and reports, and delivering projects on time and to international standards.

What you'll do:

• Set and improve standard operating procedures for department projects
• Study project requirements and costs, and flag or explain any variances
• Track project performance against plans
• Support consultant qualification requirements and review stakeholder communication templates
• Manage feasibility studies, resource planning, budgets, quality assurance, risk management, and contract negotiation across major projects
• Lead stakeholder coordination to keep projects on timeline and on track
• Report project financials, progress, and outcomes to the department manager
• Support policy and process development across the department

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or Project Management (or equivalent)
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience leading research and analysis
• Solid project management, performance management, and stakeholder management skills
• Emirati nationality, Family Book, Dubai residency required
