We're hiring a Research Assistant to join the Research and Graduate Studies department of a leading academic medical institution in Dubai.

This role sits at the center of clinical research. You'll work directly with patients, principal investigators, and research teams to keep studies running smoothly and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

• Screen and recruit study participants against inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Obtain informed consent and explain study procedures to participants
• Enter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture systems
• Coordinate study visits and follow-ups with participants and clinical staff
• Support IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory documentation
• Help prepare for audits and inspections

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting (or related field)
• Experience with patient interaction: screening, recruiting, or supporting study participants
• Familiarity with research ethics and regulatory requirements
• UAE National (Emirati)

A Master's in Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field is a plus but not required.
