Talents Tide is looking for a Head of Capital Projects for their client- Dubai Government entity ,  to lead and manage capital and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while overseeing teams, contractors, and project performance

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage capital projects and annual project plans
• Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Manage contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Ensure all permits and approvals are obtained on time
• Monitor project progress and solve issues or delays
• Review changes, costs, and risks, and take corrective actions
• Ensure proper project handover and completion
• Prepare reports and update senior management
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulations

People Management

• Lead and supervise the project team
• Set goals and review team performance
• Support staff training and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in project/construction management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
