Technical Manager – MEP | Dubai

Talent Tide is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai, for an experienced Technical Manager – MEP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the technical delivery of MEP projects from design review through project completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and project teams.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Support value engineering initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP contracting, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering large-scale MEP projects.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
